After a narrow nine-point victory in week three, 4 Penn Plaza extended their winning streak to four games with a season-high 226.93 point victory over Shooters Shoot 1352.70-972.10.
The win helped us remain undefeated on the young season and kept us entrenched in the third seed.
4 Penn Plaza exceeded their original matchup projections for the first time this year, scoring an extra 16.01 points. Week four was the first time we held our opponents to less than 1000 points as Shooters Shoot only scored 972.10 points, 8.76 less than they were projected.
The matchup was never in question as we jumped out to an early 157.70 lead after the first day and never looked back. The closest our opponents got was after Wednesday, when our lead got trimmed down to 103.50.
We reached the thousand point mark on Friday night, which expanded our lead by 277.10 points. By the end of Saturday night, we had run the deficit up to 372.30 only to see it grow again on the final day, thus sealing the victory in our favour.
Week four was the third straight week that we scored over 1300 points, and the second week, we won a matchup without trailing for a single day.
With another week in the books, we witnessed some changes in our overall numbers. Thanks to our victory, we improved a spot in both the points (7th) and steals (1st) categories while staying in the top spot in rebounds and blocks. We slipped down a notch in turnovers down to 3rd, and we remain the 9th worse team regarding assists.
We also secured our first win in the points category while remaining unbeaten in rebounds, steals, and blocks.
After four weeks, two distinct patterns are developing inside The Bubble. Three teams sit atop the league with perfect 4-0-0 records; meanwhile, three teams have yet to win a matchup. We have a team with a 3-1-0 record and a team with a 1-3-0 record in the middle. Two teams sit at 2-2-0.
Only Ricardo’s team has eclipsed the 6000 point mark, while Ooga Booga has yet to score 4000. Shooter’s Shoot remains the only team without any roster adjustments. Two teams have made over 20 transactions while a handful is still in the teens. We remain one of three teams in single digits.

Devonte’ Graham (Charolette) won his first best player award on the season with 134.70 points. The point guard collected 66 points, 11 rebounds, 25 assists, 8 steals, 6 turnovers, and no blocks. Graham was one of seven players to reach triple digits this past week.
Mikal Bridges (Phoenix) had the misfortunate of three of his team’s games postponed during our week four matchup. The lack of playing time hurt his numbers, including just 23.00 fantasy points in just one game. He collected 14 points with 5 rebounds and 2 assists in a loss.

Addition: Bobby Portis – Milwaukee (Waivers)
One of our centers, Jusuf Nurkic (Portland), went on the injured reserve list after surgery on his right wrist. He is expected to miss at least six weeks, which opened up a spot in the lineup. In his place, we recruited Bobby Portis’s services, who brings over 350 fantasy points to the lineup.
